A woman has only one thing in mind; she’s a sickly creature, I tell you, a complainer. If you don’t tell her that you love her and desire her, the tears flow. She may not want you at all, may indeed detest you and say no. That’s something else, and it’s possible. However, she always wants everyone who sees her to desire her. That’s what the poor thing wants, so you should indulge her.
