“ In section 8 of the Government of India Act, 1935 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) .— (a) in clause (i) of the proviso to sub-section (1) , after the words "in this Act", the words "or in any law made by the Dominion Legislature with respect to any of the matters specified in the next succeeding sub-section" shall be inserted; and (b) after sub-section (1) , the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely.— " (1A) The matters referred to in clause (i) of the proviso to sub-section (1) of this section are— (a) industrial and labour disputes ”
