“ Kotouc later was elected to four terms in the Unicameral, starting in 1951. A former president of the Nebraska Bankers Association, he headed the campaign it conducted to help raise matching funds to buid the Nebraska Center for Continuing Education He had been active in the work of the University of Nebraska Foundation and had served as chairman of the Czech Pioneer Memorial Student Loan Fund. Mr. Kotouc was co-founder of the Home State Bank of Humbold and was serving as chairman of the bank board at the time of his death. Surving are his wife, Camille; one son, Otto Jr. of Humboldt ”
