“ Sec. 401. Repeal. The Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals With Disabilities Act of 1988 (29 U.S.C. 2201 et seq.) is repealed.
Sec. 402. Conforming Amendments. (a) DEFINITIONS— Section 6 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended by section 403 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998) is amended— (1) in paragraph (3) , by striking ``section 3 (2) of the Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals With Disabilities Act of 1988 (29 U.S.C. 2202 (2) ) ́ ́ and inserting ``section 3 of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 ́ ́ ”
