“ Brückner, Röhm, Pernet, Wagner, and Frick, for the crime of abetment to the crime of high treason, are each sentenced to 1 year and 3 months' imprisonment. Brückner's term will be reduced by 4 months and 1 week, Röhm's and Frick's each by 4 months and 3 weeks, Pernet's and Wagner's each by 2 months and 3 weeks, for the time served prior to the trial. Each of them is fined the sum of 200 gold marks, or another 10 days' imprisonment, respectively. All those so convicted are hereby sentenced to bear the costs. ”
