“ Mary Bosanquet was the younger daughter of Samuel Bosanquet (the first) of Forest House; she was born on the 1st September 1739, at Leytonstone, in Essex. In 1763 she went to her native village, where she had some property. There she founded an Industrial Home, which was afterwards transferred to Cross Hall, Yorkshire. She was in later life married to the Rev. ”
