“ REVISED AGGREGATES AND ALLOCATIONS— Upon the enactment of this section, the chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the House of Representatives and the chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate shall each— (1) revise the aggregate levels of new budget authority and outlays for fiscal year 2002 set in sections 101 (2) and 101 (3) of the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2002 (H. Con. Res. 83, 107th Congress) , to the extent necessary to reflect the revised limits on discretionary budget authority and outlays for fiscal year 2002 provided in subsection (a) ”
