During the summer, the people, although in their poverty, experiencing the great need of a larger build- ing, commenced the erection of one forty-five by sixty-five feet. This was called "Court House," and was designed to be at the service of the county for county purposes, but was' mostly built by the labor tithing and donations of the people of Brig- ham City.
