“ The Task Force shall be composed of members who shall be appointed by the President from among private citizens of the United States, public officials from State and local governments, and members of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the Federal government. No more than one member shall be a full time officer or employee of the Executive Branch. ”

“ The Department of Commerce shall, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the availability of funds, provide the Task Force with such administrative services, funds, facilities, staff and other support services as may be necessary for the effective performance of its functions. ”

“ I) , a task force on private sector initiatives policy of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Establishment.
(a) There is established the President's Task Force on Private Sector Initiatives. ”
