“ I) , it is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 12400, establishing the President's Commission on Strategic Forces, is amended as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 (b) of the Order is amended to provide as follows:
" (b) The Commission shall report to the President no later than April 15, 1983.". Sec. 2. Section 4 (b) of the Order is amended to provide as follows:
" (b) The Commission shall terminate 60 days after it has reported to the President, unless sooner extended.". ”
