“ Except as superseded by section 1 of this order, Executive Order No. 12571 of October 27, 1986, "Implementation of the Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act," shall remain in effect. Pursuant to this order, the Inter-Agency Coordinating Committee established by section 12 of that order shall monitor the termination of those sanctions which were imposed by title III and sections 501 (c) and 504 (b) of the Act. ”
