“ It is hereby ordered that the unsurveyed islands of the Huron islands group, lying near the south shore of Lake Superior, as shown by the General Land Office map of the State of Michigan of date 1904, and situated in Sections 26. 27, 34 and 35, township 53 north, range 29 west, as the same appear in part upon the official plat of survey of said township approved June 4, 1847, be, and they are hereby reserved and set apart for the use of the Department of Agriculture as a preserve and breeding ground for native birds. ”
