During the official performance of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation all attendees are supposed to stand and men take their hats off.
If the National Flag of the Russian Federation is being hoisted during the performance of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation, the attendees are supposed to turn their faces to the Flag. ”
