“ REPORT TO GIVE NOTICE TO CONGRESS.— Subsection (d) of section 482 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1089 (d) ) is amended— (1) in the first sentence by striking ``the items specified in the calendar have been completed and provide all relevant forms, rules, and instructions with such notice ́ ́ and inserting ``a deadline included in the calendar described in subsection (a) is not met ́ ́; and (2) by striking the second sentence. ”

“ REPORT ON SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES.— Subsection (c) of section 311 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 777a (c) ) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (3) ; and (2) by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3) . (c) REPORT ON THE CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.— Subsection (g) of section 112 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 732 (g) ) is amended— (1) by striking paragraphs (4) and (5) ; and (2) in paragraph (6) , by striking ``such report or for any other ́ ́ and inserting ``any ́ ́. ”
