“ S.R.O. L96-L/8S/ME/SAl-34/85-137, dated the 24th April, 1985, namely :— In the aforesaid Notification, for the wands, figures commas "the 31st December, 1985,” the words, figures and commas “the 31st March, 1986," shall be substituted and shall be deemed always to have been so substituted. ”
