“ The suburb of Gagalangin shall form a part of the district of Tondo, and the municipality of Santa Ana shall constitute a new district of the city of Manila.
SEC. 3. Section sixty-five of Act Numbered One hundred and eighty-three is hereby amended by striking out the word “eleven,” being the first word in line four of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the word “twelve;” ”

“ W. 1377.7422 meters to a point ‘4’ in the center of the channel of the Pasig River where said river bends sharply to the west; (4) thence following the channel of the Pasig River in the general direction S. 43° 40' 4" W. 556.108 meters measured in a direct line from the point ‘4’ to a point ‘3’ in the center of said river where the river bends sharply to the east opposite the mouth of the estero forming the southern boundary of Santa Ana ”
