Her Majesty's Stationery Office

Summary

Her Majesty's Stationery Office ,,

Where any Act contains a commencement power dependent upon the exercise of which some or all of its other provisions come into force it is the practice to state in cumulative supplements and revised re-issues of Acts whether or not such power has been exercised and, if it has been exercised, to state whether it has been exercised fully or in part and to record the Statutory Instrument numbers of any instruments ("Commencement Orders") exercising such powers.
