“ To assist in the provision of housing for low- and moderate-income families, and to extend and amend laws relating to housing and urban development.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the ``Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 ́ ́. ”
