“ ADJUSTMENT FOR CHANGES IN THE BASELINE. The chair of the Committee on the Budget of the House of Representatives and the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate may adjust the allocations, aggregates, and other appropriate budgetary levels in this concurrent resolution to reflect changes resulting from the Congressional Budget Office’s updates to its baseline for fiscal years 2021 through 2030. ”
