“ That that certain highway, the roadbed of which is now existing, described as that highway running from the point in the Corporate Limite of Polk City, Florida, where State Highway Number Two (2) intersects with the Highway tunning in an Easterly direction towards the City of Haines City and from said point by the nearest and most practical route to Haines City, Florida, be and the same is hereby declared, designated and established as a State Road. ”
