Inspectors shall be devoted to their duties, impartially enforce the law, be upright and honest, provide a civilized service, and subject themselves to supervision in accordance with the law. When investigating and dealing with any conduct, in accordance with the law, that is in violation of the provisions of this Law, where it is found that penalties shall be imposed on State functionaries who commit illegal conducts, inspectors shall make suggestions for penalties to the organs in charge of the appointment and removal of the said State functionary or to the supervisory organs.
