“ In these Rules, “piranha” means the species of fish called piranha. Ban on keeping, etc., of piranha 3. A person must not keep, breed, sell, purchase, or import or export any piranha. Ban on releasing piranha into river, etc. 4. A person must not release any piranha into any stream, river, canal, channel, watercourse, reservoir, lake or other body of water. ”
