“ In the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956) , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated the 19th June, 1956, on page 679, in clause (b) of the proviso to clause (ii) of Explanation 3 of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule, for the words "persons who are citizens of India" read "persons who are not citizens of India". This work is the work of Government of India. Section 52 (1) (q) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 allows for the reproduction or publication ofany matter which has been published in any Official Gazette except an Act of a Legislature ”
