Parliament of the United Kingdom Crowns Lands Act 1823 (1823)

And whereas the Powers and Provisions of the said Act do not extend to Manors, Messuages, Lands, Tenements or Hereditaments, whereof His Majesty, His Heirs or Successors, or any Person or Persons in trust for Him or Them, was, were, or may be seised or possessed at, the Time of His or Their Accession to the Crown of this Realm, and which, before such Accession, He or They might have legally granted, sold, given or devised, as He or They respectively might think fit
