Parliament of the United Kingdom United Nations Act 1946 (1946)

Any Order in Council made under this section may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order in Council.
(4) Every Order in Council made under this section shall be laid before Parliament forthwith after it is made, but notwithstanding anything in subsection (4) of section one of the 56 & 57 Vict. c. 66.Rules Publication Act, 1893, an Order in Council made under this section shall not be deemed to be or to contain a statutory rule to which that section applies.
