“ The authority”; and (B) by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: `` (B) The authority of the Secretary to waive the application of subsections (a) through (d) for an annuitant pursuant to subparagraph (C) (i) of paragraph (1) shall terminate on September 30, 2008. `` (C) The authority of the Secretary to waive the application of subsections (a) through (d) for an annuitant pursuant to subparagraph (C) (ii) of paragraph (1) shall terminate on September 30, 2009.”. ”
