Be it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Union of South Africa, as follows:―
Amendment of section 1 of Act 70 of 1934. 1. Section one of the Royal Executive Functions and Seals Act, 1934, is hereby amended by the substitution in sub-section (2) for the word “Tudor” of the words “St. Edward’s”.
Short title. 2. This Act shall be called the Royal Seals Amendment Act, 1954.
