“ Amendment of section 78 of the South Africa Act, 1909. 1. Section seventy-eight of the South Africa Act, 1909, is hereby amended by the addition at the end of sub-section (3) of the words “and a member of the executive committee shall not be disqualified from being elected as a member of the provincial council”. Short title. 2. This Act shall be called the South Africa Act Amendment Act, 1954. ”
