“ In the event that [the money] is not paid in advance or is paid advance but has not yet been paid in full for the year, the competent authorities shall calculate and pay for only nine months the money that is to be paid for the year 2483 Buddhist Era, and [this payment] shall be deemed concluded for the year 2483 Buddhist Era. The payment following shall be calculated and made from the 1st day of January 2484 Buddhist Era and shall be made in accordance with the calendar years. ”

“ Section3.The provisions of other laws, rules, and regulations which are already contained herein or are inconsistent herewith shall all be repealed.
Section4.A calendar year shall last for a period of twelve months, starting on the 1st day of January and ending on the 31th day of December. ”
