Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Section 1. Master Sergeant Daniel L. Fedder Post Office. (a) Designation.— The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 11 Dock Street in Pittston, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the “Trooper Joshua D. Miller Post Office Building”. ”
