Executive Order No. 58
“ Notwithstanding such reconversion and restoration into their former status as municipalities of Caloocan, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasay and Paranaque, the police jurisdiction of the City of Greater Manila over the territories comprised in said municipalities shall continue. The above recreated municipalities shall contribute their proportionate share to the appropriations for the police department of the City of Greater Manila. ”
