The Daughter of a Resident of Farmingdale Dies Under Suspicious Circumstances (1868)

A sister of Susannah fell sick and died at the parents residence at Farmingdale, when she was sent for, and for the first time It was discovered that she was missing. The brother at Glen Cove had not seen her for three weeks, and supposed that she had returned to the residence of her parents. About 5 month after Susannah left Glen Cove, she called on one of her brothers, who resides in Brooklyn, and while there, the brother's wife, in expectation that Susannah would remain with them for some time, procured her a wardrobe from home.
