“ In the case of a journey by plane, the expenses of which shall be withdrawn in the rate of low-cost travel.
The persons in capacity as the President and the Vice Presidents of the National People's Assembly shall also enjoy receipt of the compensation and other interests in accordance with Paragraph One. ”

“ In the case where the problem or the incapability to comply with this Regulation exists, the conference or application for agreement with the Ministry of Finance shall be carried out.
Section 9. The Permanent Secretary of Finance shall have charge and control of the execution of this Regulation. ”
