“ The Acts specified in the First Schedule to this Act (being Acts which are obsolete or spent or have been superseded by other enactments) are hereby repealed.
Repeal of obsolete, &c., provisions concerning the Crown Estate and public buildings.
2. The Acts specified in the first and second columns of the Second Schedule to this Act (which to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule are obsolete or spent, or have become unnecessary) are hereby repealed to that extent. ”
