The composition of the Army of 150,000 Men, which, in virtue of the Vth Article of the Treaty of this day, is to occupy a Military Line along the Frontiers of France; the force and nature of the Contingents to be furnished by each Power, as well as the choice of the Generals who are to command those troops, shall be determined by the Allied Sovereigns.
