USAMGIK Ordinance 33

File reports furnishing such data as may be required with respect to such property and all receipts and expenditures in connevtion therewith on and after 9 August 1945 (2) Deliver custody and control of such property and all books records and accounts; and (3) Account for the property and all income and proceeds. Section IV. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or of any license or order issued thereunder, shall, upon conviction by a Military Occupation Court, suffer such punishment as the court shall determine.

It is illegal for any person without the authority of the Military Government of Korea, to enter upon or take possession of any such property, remove any part of such property, or injure of impair the value or utility of any such properly Section III.
