Connections/Associations The detainee stated that while at the Libyan house in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, he spoke extensively with an Egyptian about tactics, front line fighting, and Taliban structure. The Egyptian with whom the detainee spoke was in charge of the security committee for Usama bin Laden. The detainee was a member of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group and provided instruction on topography and explosives at the al Farouq training camp. The al Farouq training camp is funded by al Qaida and is more advanced than other training camps in Afghanistan.

The Administrative Review Board will conduct a comprehensive review of all reasonably available and relevant information regarding your case. At the conclusion of this review the Board will make a recommendation to: (1) release you to your home state; (2) transfer you to your home state, with conditions agreed upon by the United States and your home state; or (3) continue your detention under United States control.
