“ WHEREAS the Secretary of State for Transport, being the traffic authority for the A259 Trunk Road, is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited on a length of that road for the purpose of facilitating the holding of a relevant event:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A (2) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (a) , hereby makes the following order:-
1.This Order may be cited as the A259 Trunk Road (Little Common Road, Bexhill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 5th November 2011. ”
