And the proof to that is in America there are many schools to train you about firing weapons if you are willing to pay the fee. ”

“ Are you telling me that anybody who learned how to use the weapons is breaking the law? If the US made an international decree that no one can learn how to use a weapon except an American, this is something else. I do not consider this a charge against me.
