“ FRUIT SHERBETS are similar to ice milks with the exception that substantial amounts of fruit juices are used as the primary flavoring ingredient. RECIPE FOR ORANGE SHERBET 3 cups whole milk2 cups 100% pure orange juice1-1/2 cups sugar1/8 tsp. salt Pour milk directly into cream can. Add orange juice, sugar, and salt. Stir with wooden spoon or plastic spatula until sugar dissolves. ”
