We must say that petitioner's 'jam' purports to be 'jam' when we read § 403 (g) and purports to be not 'jam' but another food when we read § 403 (c) . Yet if petitioner's product did not purport to be 'jam' petitioner would have no claim to press and the Government no objection to raise. ”
