“ Paragraph 1- A judge must be patient in judgement. He should not rule until he puts time into it and gives and takes on the matter. The ruling should be clear as day to him. One who is haughty in judgment and hastily rules a case before he investigates the case properly so that it is clear as day, is a fool, wicked and haughty. ”
