“ Paragraph 3- If the liable party accepted the ruling and they told him to pay but he has not paid, we do not put a nidui on him until we warn him on Monday, Thursday and Monday. Following that, the court puts a nidui on him until he pays that which he owes. If he does not come forward to make a claim on his nidui for 30 days, we put a cherem on him. If he does not want to accept the ruling, we place a nidui on him immediately. ”
