Paragraph 4 - If a Jew apostatized and he had houses in a Jewish neighborhood that participated in the eruv for the whole year and he has no other exit [from his house besides for into the Jewish yard] , he renders the Jews forbidden for every Shabbat after his apostatizing. However, if he has a different exit to the non-Jewish neighborhood, even a small exit that he never used initially, [the Jews] force him to use the exit open to the non-Jew neighborhood.
