יש מקומות שקבלה בידם שכל מי שרגיל להתענות בראש השנה ומשנה רגילתו ואינו מתענה אינו משלים שנתו: הגה ומי שאינו ירא לנפשו א"צ להתענות כל ימיו (כל בו ומנהגים) רק צריך התרה כמו שאר נדר. (כל בו) :
597:3 If one fasted for a dream on Rosh Hashanah once, if it was on the first day, he must fast both days for the rest of his life. If it was on the second day, he only must fast the second day.
