“ Reaffirms the applicability of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 12 August 1949 to all Palestinian territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including Jerusalem, and affirms that deportation of civilians constitutes a contravention of its obligations under the Convention;
3. Reaffirms also the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Lebanon;
4. Demands that Israel, the occupying Power, ensure the safe and immediate return to the occupied territories of all those deported ”

“ Requests the Secretary-General to consider dispatching a representative to the area to follow up with the Israeli Government with regard to this serious situation and to report to the Security Council ”
