“ Expansion of regional information sharing system to facilitate federal-state-local law enforcement response related to terrorist attacks. Section 1301 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3796h) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a) , by inserting `and terrorist conspiracies and activities' after `activities'; (2) in subsection (b) -- (A) in paragraph (3) , by striking `and' after the semicolon; (B) by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (5) ”
