“ To refer the said Declaration to the Committee established by the General Assembly during the present session to study methods of codification of international law, and to request the Secretary-General to transmit to this Committee the comments and observations as they are received from the Governments and instructions referred to in the preceding paragraph; 3. To request this Committee to report thereon to the second regular session of the General Assembly; 4. To include this matter in the agenda of the second regular session of the General Assembly. ”
