CIVIL AIR REGULATIONS
00.—AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
00.0—PROVISION FOR ISSUANCE.—Pursuant to the provisions of the Air Commerce Act requiring the Secretary of Commerce to provide for the granting of registration to aircraft eligible therefor, a registration certificate will be issued by the Secretary for purposes of identifying the aircraft and determining its nationality, upon request of the owner and approval of application made and proofs submitted, for any aircraft duly shown to be eligible for such registration as an aircraft of the United States.
