“ Inside the United States Projects— The table in section 2101 (a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110-181; 122 Stat. 504) is amended-- (1) in the item relating to Hawthorne Army Ammunition Plant, Nevada, by striking `$11,800,000' in the amount column and inserting `$7,300,000'; (2) in the item relating to Fort Drum, New York, by striking `$311,200,000' in the amount column and inserting `$304,600,000'; and (3) in the item relating to Fort Bliss, Texas, by striking `$118,400,000' in the amount column and inserting `$111,900,000'. ”
